Yoga is the practice of finding union within oneself and with all life. Yoga is the practice of being in the present moment. When we are living consciously in the present moment, we are able to find unity. Along with this comes greater health and vitality of the physical body, and clarity of emotion and mental awareness.
The 60 minute yoga classes are accessible to all levels, beginner thorough advanced !
